About Me

Janelle E. Taylor is an adventurous change agent committed to building effective systems that bridge mutual opportunities and value for businesses, academic communities, and industry professionals.  An explorer and innovator from an early age,  Janelle has always believed that opportunity is created by stepping outside of comfort zones, exploring risks upon assessing possibilities, knowing oneself, and believing in the mission that one has to offer the world. 

Her passion for cultivating people eco-systems and empowerment through organizations and community is realized through advocacy,  service and mentorship with a collaborative network of organizations. Janelle is trusted advisor to various organizations and serves as board member and supporting partner for:

She is a graduate of The University of Maryland, MBA, DBA with a high-performance record of successful project management, business leadership  and contract management excellence across multiple government agencies and commercial clients.

Through passion for service and as cultivator of relationships, Janelle founded "The Collaborators Circle" (tm) where alliances of organizations are created and businesses grow partnerships that serve a greater mission, beyond sales and service but for the development of  People and Communities. 

Janelle's objective is to continue creating resources and exploring new strategies while practicing a wide range of solutions that empower people, businesses and communities. 

She enjoys witty humor, great music, gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
